Warranty & Refund Policy


OSEOUS warrants its wheels to be free exchange from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after the original date of purchase from authorized distributor. This warranty only applies to the original owner and it is non-transferable. It is necessary to return the wheels to OSEOUS for inspection before any maintenance or replacement under this warranty statement. Original proof of purchase and a reasonable explanation of how wheels are damaged are both required.

OSEOUS warranty service does not apply to the following conditions:

- When it is normal wear and deterioration caused by product use
- When the wheel or parts of the wheel has been installed incorrectly
- When it has been used for commercial purposes
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse and modification
- OSEOUS logo decal or serial number has been deliberately removed or altered
- Product purchased through unauthorized distribution channels When returning the wheel for warranty, please use a wheel specific box for reduce the risk of damaged while shipping.


Please make sure to remove all accessory items, including tires, tubes, skewers, sprockets, computer magnets, etc. OSEOUS is not responsible for these items if lost or damaged.

OSEOUS reserves the right to final decision after inspection if the wheel(s) will be maintenance or replacement under this warranty statement. If damages deemed outside of warranty coverage, labor charges for component replacement will be applied.



OSEOUS renew its full wheelset to be half retail price (50% off) from accidents. Send email to service@oseous.com with your damaged wheels proof and serial numbers to get the special discount. Original proof of purchase is required and it is non-transferable.



All returns/exchanges only concern our website purchases, we do not exchange apparel from our retailers or other online shops.

If you are not satisfied with your choice, exchanges/returns are accepted within 7 days of the receipt. The returned product(s) must be in "as new" condition, as it was when received, unworn, unwashed and its original packaging. We will help you through the process of an exchange or refund via email: service@oseous.com

We do not reimburse return shipping fees.

Make sure to include your order number and the buyer's name.

When returning a product, please ensure to pack it well so it's not damaged during the transport. Send the package with a tracking or a sending proof. OSEOUS does not take the responsibility for damaged or lost returns.

Please note: We can only accept returns for purchases made from the OSEOUS website and not from our retail partner stores. Please contact place of purchase for their returns policy.
